“A good shopping experience, part shipped quickly. The price was very, very competitive. The down side was that despite entering the vehicle registration number of my vehicle on the Web site the wrong part was received. Back on the positive was that the return process could not have been easier. David on the telephone was very helpful and I am now waiting to have the part picked up by the courier and a refund paid.”

“One of the worst online experiences I've ever had. 8 times trying to sort something out as nobody replies. Still not sorted but know that I'll never use them again and would strongly recommend that nobody else does. Shocking”

“Given 5stars decause even though the keys did not work on the original the customer service team immediately sent out a replacement set that worked perfectly and are now fitted to my car so thank you and the price was very good”
