I give only two stars because dealing with my motor world ( Remi ) was really not good at all. Product its self is fine shipping was in reasonable time. I bought brake pad set and fill up all details such as. Shipping address , billing address which was company one. I received invoice without VAT despite the fact company is VAT registered so should provide invoice with VAT. I send them email and Remi responded. He send me copy of collection paper which had nothing to do with me. Then after that he sent another email saying they can’t issues invoice without VAT because they can’t change details on invoice ( company name ) but he didn’t realise it that collection paper he sent before wasn’t my order it was someone else. So clearly GDPR wasn’t well protected.. So after few email listening various different excuses which don’t make snesen at all I give up. So not best experience unfortunately in my case. I will not be coming back.

Regarding the invoice, the documents we provide are automatically generated based on the order placed and cannot be altered retrospectively, which includes company details or VAT information. Please be assured that all customer data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR. The document you received that was part of our standard collection paperwork is not linked to any other customer’s personal information, it was simply part of our standard internal process. I appreciate your comments and will take them on board to ensure clearer communication in the future.

Shopping experience on the website was fine. Found all the items I needed and the checkout process was perfect. However, the items were scheduled for delivery on 10th October. I received an email saying delivery couldn't be attempted due to access issues. I was in all day waiting for the parcel and no one from the company had arrived to attempt delivery. I also have clear access through my driveway to my front door. I spoke to customer services who apologised and didn't know why this was the case. Delivery was rescheduled for the 11th October; and I received no information about when delivery was likely to be. At 8:30pm on the 11th, I decided that I had been ignored again and rescheduled delivery for the 13th October. Once again I have received an email saying they can't deliver, with no reason as to why. My wife has now had 2 take 2days off work, missing out on income, as her car is undriveable until the brakes get fixed. So, apart from the delivery side (bearing in mind I still haven't got my items) it was an ok process.

Bought wiper blades for Nissan Leaf. As described and a competitve price. Worth noting that quite a few other retailers were incorrectly selling the wrong size blades for this car, so it is worth checking before ordering.

Shocking! Sent the wrong blades, rang and was given a new product serial number that didnt work , so called again to be told they don’t have wipers for my car!🤣🤣

All the marketing in the world is undone if the product ordered never arrives. I have contacted EVRI and messaged myMOTORWORLD all to no avail. Where are the products I ordered?

Frustrating when i called about an item i wanter to purchase i was given a part number but when i entered it into your system it came up that part number did not exist another item i wanted to purchase when i asked was all the parts in in the box for both wheels they said yes but when i got the parcel i found the answer was no so i had to order the parts again then a third time i tried to order a rear windscreen wiper blade No luck there so i had to go on line somewhere else and got a brand new arm and wiper blade for just under £10 and next day delivery I've already had the brake discs from you for a month or more waiting to get all the parts together to go to the garage to get my car repaired and MOTd as i desperately need it to shop and just to let you know that I am a 75 year old pensioner ( basic pension ) so have been saving out of my pension to buy the parts myself to save on the garage rip off prices and just pay the Labour prices Would love to hear your comments regarding this Email Paul Hill DY58HHD

Not happy with the experience ordering from here. I ordered window wipers and put my registration number in. You sent me the wrong ones then i had to pay to return them back to you when this is no fault of mine.

Unfortunately, the parts selected were not the correct fit for your vehicle. Because the order was placed based on the options you chose, the error is not due to a mistake on our side. If the items are unused and in their original packaging, we can accept a return and issue a refund. However, as this was not a fault on our end, any return shipping would need to be arranged at your cost. Really pleased with my purchase of my car battery which was unavailable after order accepted but it was immediately upgraded with replacement and no delay Navigating the web site and finding the right battery was easy. Communication was spot on with regular updates. Well packaged. Courier service was very courteous and helpful offering to place the very heavy battery just where I wanted it as I'm an oldish lady. Definitely well deserved 5 stars. Thankyou.
