“Offering free next day delivery but defaulting shipping option to standard delivery is very poor practice. Then using evri who despite having the order at my local hub since Monday have not attempted to deliver by Thursday compounds this”

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that standard delivery was selected at checkout, which is our default shipping option. Our free next day delivery is available as an upgrade option during the ordering process. “Order number 100163868 ordered on 27/05/2025, to be delivered in 2 parcels, first arrived on 29/05/2025 the other still has not arrived, even after chasing it up and being told it would arrive on 03/06/2025, still nothing. Not impressed, my wife's car maintenance that needed doing last weekend could not be done, because less than half the delivery has turned up. Can't answer half the questions below as I Still have not received all my order.”

I apologize for the significant delay with the second parcel of your order 100163868. I can see the first parcel arrived on 29/05 but the second was overdue, despite being told it would arrive on 03/06. I understand how frustrating this has been, especially preventing your wife's car maintenance from being completed as planned last weekend. I can see you've already contacted us about the missing parcel and we've shipped replacement items to resolve this issue. This delay was clearly unacceptable and we appreciate your patience while we got this sorted.
