My first order with you upon being recommended to use you instead of Halfords. I can say I'm not impressed. I ordered 3 wiper blades and only one came. I emailed to explain this and got a reply saying your parcel has been delivered. They obviously don't read emails properly because I stated it had been delivered but was incomplete. I finally got through on the phone and they said it hadn't been sent and they will send a replacement. I can really do without the stress of worrying about wether I'd list my money or not. I will not he using Motorworld again. I would rather pay a bit more elsewhere. It is worth it for peace of mind.

I live in my vehicle, a suspension wishbone broke stranding me on a Saturday afternoon. I panic ordered one from here in the evening, then realised it was the wrong one and requested to cancel the order. It was dispatched Sunday ? Apparently unable to change order. This reply was Monday and included how to get a refund instructions. Lucky I had enough money to buy the correct part elsewhere and have it arrive at same day as one " dispatched Sunday " I say arrived, I got sent a photo of god knows where in a mail room of a company. When it is found it will be returning. Underhanded behaviour doesn't make customers trust your company
