“Ryan and Kayleigh were incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions whenever we needed - and we had a lot of them as we are first time buyers who didn't have a clue about any of the process to begin with! They secured our mortgage so quickly which put us in a great position and helped speed up the process of getting our offer accepted. All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone, first timer buyers or otherwise, who are looking to get mortgage advice and assistance.”

“Amazing, when ne and my partner first looked into buying a house, we had no idea about how to get a mortgage or anything. Moneymen were extremely helpful all the way through and sorted everything smoothly and efficiently! Very happy, will use again for sure”

“We’re so glad that we decided to use UKM to help us through the process of buying our first home, they took most of the stress off our shoulders and we’re always there to answer any queries. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s on the fence about using this kind of service, they are 110% worth the money and make a very stressful time a lot easier. Will definitely use them again if we need to.”

“I used UK moneyman after using many other brokers. Tom Dent and Meghan Robinson fought for my case and was able to land me the mortgage offer I needed. In such a sellers market, having a great team around you makes such a difference. I will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to all my friends and family! “Helen, was absolutely lovely to speak too, really helped us through the initial process of getting an appointment with the adviser. She was very kind and patient, and really makes you feel confident going into the appointment, especially considering we are first time buyers and the whole process seems quite daunting to begin with, she really helped put out minds at ease. “i originally tried to get a remortgage offer from a lender directly but got rejected, then was recommended to use a broker but i was skeptical and didn't think it would work, but lo and behold i tom dent and his team at uk moneyman conjured up an offer and pulled it out of the bag with nationwide, could not believe it - fair play. thanks a mill.”

“Both Tom and Louise Hepworth have been patient and hardworking throughout the process. Remained in constant contact and updated me throughout. So much so, that I feel we should be exchanging Christmas cards this year!! We were in a position last Summer where we felt a ortgage was unachievable, Tom worked with us to find a deal, and Louise to mediate with us and the underwriter to take the hard work out of things for us. Will use for remortgage and will reccomend.”
