“The potty is great and works really well...but on our first one the locking mechanism broke and I've met other parent's who have had the same issue. It can't be pushed shut but instead needs to be twisted shut or else the mechanism can snap which is a shame as that's not intuitive and otherwise it's a brilliant product”
“It is nice and compact but it needs to come with bags. The toilet isn't very deep to begin with and once you close the lid you've got a big big mess. The poop gets smooshed in the lid. It would also be nice if it wasn't just one unit. The potty part should lift out for eaiser cleaning. Fine to keep in the car for an emergency but bring a few bags.”
“The potty is convenient and it is great that it won’t spill. The only thing I would change alittle bit is. I would make the seat alittle deeper or try to implement some kind of guard. With a little bit using it you have to be careful of his position so that pee doesn’t go everywhere.”
“So it’s expensive for what you get, and the updates are constant, if you have time, you could go to a bookshop and find potty training books and make a sticker chart for cheaper, the quality is good but overpriced.”
“There are quite a few things that can improve the design, mostly related to comfort and easiness to wash.

“Unfortunately I cannot find a way to contact to raise the issue. Within a week of having the potty a little bit of plastic broke off which now means the potty doesn’t lock together which is not ideal at all 😫 other than this is it a great product and so handy! I followed the return directions to attempt to get the return label. I have not got any response although I sent the request twice and e mailed the customer support. NO RESPONSE. I NEED A RETURN LABEL to return the item that I have received and NEVER opened.”

“Great for taking in the car or under the pram. We stayed in the house for 2 weeks when potty training then needed this when we started venturing out. We live 30 mins from my daughters nursery school and this we used frequently by the side of the road for a couple of months until she learned how to control her bladder more. We even took it to a festival as the queues for the portaloos were a mile long. It's inconspicuous and very portable. Only issue we had was it was a struggle to open the lid sometimes. Not sure if our mechanism was a bit stuck but def worth the buy and I'm keeping to to one side for when my son needs it.”
“Bought this portable potty for my little grandson. His parents use it frequently when out and about. Easy to carry and above all securely holds the contents when used! Only little problem I had was with the catch which I found very stiff to undo, however this could be me. Would certainly recommend.”
“This review is for our 1st potty, the penguin. We have since bought the dinosaur as the penguin potty lock broke. We realised too late that continuous click closing without turning the lock caused it to snap with it being plastic. The second potty has been fine since knowing this.”
“The seat could be a little bigger, my boy often leaked out the front unless his bum was off the back but he is tall for his age. Despite this it made a huge difference the first first weeks getting out and about while toilet training. I've kept it for him to use over night when camping this summer.”
“Love the funky designs and durability of these products. I have the potty, training seat and step. My son loves them too. I think the only thing for me, is that the potty can be a bit bulky when on the go, so may need to purchase something smaller (like a plastic bottle urinal for a boy). Otherwise love the products”
“The product is really good, however the website regarding delivery choices wasn't. I ordered it on a Friday but was only able to select next day delivery at the higher rate. Except that next day was a Tuesday, the next working day. A small point but a bit irritating. Everything else was fine.”
“Great character designs, helping to get toddler interested in the potty. Good size for out and about. However, toddler isn’t keen to sit on it after a few days of training and says it is uncomfortable. It does makes her bottom a bit red where she has been sitting. She now prefers the other plain larger potty we had already. Hoping that in time she will be more happy to sit back on it when we are going out. Rather expensive option, so I hope we can use it again! Good quick delivery.”
