“I ordered an engraved St Christopher. Which is more money than one with no engraving. I was sent one with no engraving and no explanation. It was a gift so I had to use it as not enough time to re order.”

“The st christopher was lovely but the box it came in did not secure the item so it just fell in a heap at the bottom. A pin to secure it would have added a little style. X”

“I was a little disappointed to be honest. The engraved words on the two outer rings were not spread evenly around the circle to fill the whole available space which looks odd or I could have put more words in to fill the space.”

Hello we are sorry you are not happy with the engraving on your item. When the engraving is sentences as yours is or there is a lot of space for more words the engraver will space it as yours has been so that it is readable and looks the best. “I felt that the St Christopher was smaller than it looked on the website. I was therefore, disappointed with the size and the writing was so small you could hardly read it. This was meant to be an 18th birthday present to our Granddaughter.”

“The inscription I asked for could have been done slightly deeper into the pendant, it is very thinly written. On the whole it does not look worth the price I paid. My son thought it was about £150.00.”

“i am quite disappointed with the ring as it was a gift for my carer and i do not think it is worth the money at all. £10 for the engraving is ridiculous,as is the size of the ring. i was going to buy one for my son but there is no chance now.”

“The medal arrived promptly although I would have to agree with other reviewers though it is beautiful the engraving is very faint and difficult to read. The person for whom I bought the medal did not really want a religious piece of jewellery so I phoned to ask if I could get a refund. Unfortunately this was not available for the personalised medal as customer services told me they could not reuse or resell. I was then told I could get a refund for the chain but it had to be sent by tracked delivery which cost approx £7. I have since got proof and signature of delivery but have been unable to contact the company to ask whether my refund will now go back into my account. I have called the number they state on their website and for refunds and returns but keep getting no answer. I suspect they may not work weekends. Overall the medal itself is ok but the service is less so.”

“The quality of the product was very good and the engraving was clear. The image of st Christopher however was very faint and could only be seen at a certain angle and in a certain light. Slightly disappointed with that.”

“The St Christopher itself was lovely Nice and solid. Good design. Nut it was the engraving of the name on the back i was dissappointed in. I am not sure of it just was the text i chose but you could hardly see or make out what was engraved.”
