“I ordered my st.christopher as a present for my boyfriend and within one day of him wearing it the chain broke and cannot be fixed. Besides this happening, he was pleased with the present and it was what I was looking for”

“I am extremely disappointed withn this ring. Rather than a St Christopher it looks like scribble on the front of the ring. Even with a magnifiying glass you can barely see the picture of St Christopher. The ingraving inside is okay, you can actually read it. Rubbish!”

Hello we are sorry you are not happy with the item. Please can you send us pictures of the front so we can rectify this if we need to. As the item is brand new it has just been engraved and polished so can look light, but this will darken over a very short space of time. Many thanks

“I felt that not only was the pendent poor quality with sharp edges that were not described but the writing on the back was not visible to the naked eye!!!...it was not deep enough into the metal to be readable. I was unable to send it back as my son has now gone travelling but I was very very disappointed”

Hello our items are diamond engraved so are very deep. When you receive the item the engraving is fresh and the item has been polished so can look light, but within a few wears you will be able to see the true depth. With regards to the sharp edges we are not sure what the issue is none of the other items have this, we would have been able to offer an exchange had you contacted us. Hello, we can assure you these rings are Sterling Silver. Tarnish is natural and is what you have experienced. Once it starts it spreads if not cleaned. This can be due to oils in the skin or a reaction with a soap. Please follow the instructions on the care card that was included with your purchase and the item will be clean as new. Many thanks

Hello when you receive your item is has just been highly polished so it can be difficult to see the writing on some of the products where the back is polished too, but within one wear it will be more visible. We engrave with a diamond so it will last a lifetime.

“Reverse was just as I expected but the front was a complete disappointment. You can hardly make out the St Christopher and the child. I was devastated as was a gift which I had to give I after just having major surgery I was unable to get anything else in time. I will not purchase from here again, although a refund was offered it would have meant someone going away without a special gift I wanted them to have. Will certainly look for a betterone to replace it with in the future.”

“Look cheap! Like a small dog collar. Baby script - trouble to make out words. Feel rough- back of it is dull and feels like sand paper. Can't give this as a gift.”

“I am really upset with the quality of the 3 st christophers I bought. I have tried to return them but was unable to as they are engraved. I bought them as presents and came to a total of 132 pounds. After saving for these I am unable to give them to my friends as I feel the quality of them is just too poor. Very very upset. I will never buy online again.”

“Extremely dissapointed in the item l purchased, l paid £250.00 for a St Christopher and chain, the goods were definitely not worth the amount l paid for them, l suggest ypu go to and independent jeweller, which is what l did. I returned the chain, not received the credit yet, couldn't return the St Christopher as l had it engraved, that is fair, the chain was in the independent jeweller for £ 39.99 and this company charged £111.00?”
