Hello we are sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Tarnish is natural for Sterling Silver and we see it more in the warmer months as the main causes are oils in the skin and creams/lotions. The item should be cleaned as per the enclosed care card, with a silver dip (not a cream or a cloth).

“I ordered a St Christopher necklace with "Life's an Adventure" but it has come wrong - I reported this the day I received my necklace and haven't heard anything back since. I would like what i ordered please. No paragraph of writing with a prayer just "Life's an Adventure"”

“I'm very disappointed with the necklace after only 10 days the chain is tarnished and has lost its silver shine. I am also also disappointed with the size of the pendant itself it is very small making the enscription on the back very difficult to read. For a gift to someone very special i am extremely disappointed and certainly wouldn't recommend the company to any of my many friends.”

Hello tarnish is natural for Sterling Silver and just needs a clean as per the care card included with your purchase. We see tarnish a lot more when the weather is warm as the main cause is oils in the skin. With regards to the size we are sorry you are not happy with it, we do list all dimensions on the product pages as well as the item being worn so you can see how large/small it is when wearing. We always engrave as per the customers instructions and as you went over the advised number of words the writing may be smaller than you expected, but all items are checked for readability before sending out. “expected it to be bigger especially for the price, engraved or not. expected a 10p size but its the size of a 5p. looks bad quality although it's sterling silver. just generally expected more from the product for the price paid.”

“It had an engraving Mark where it had obviously slipped , it was small but defiantly noticeable but as it was a gift for someone who was leaving to stay abroad there would of been no time to send it back ,”

“very dissapointed in the size of both items in my opinion the web site leads you to believe the items are much bigger and should say something to that effect i would not have purchased either had i realised how small they actually are as i dont think they are value for money at that size”

We are sorry you have had an issue with one of our items. Tarnish is a natural process and we see this a lot at this time of year when it is hot. Please give it a clean in a silver dip like 'Goddards' and it will come up as new.

“You would hardly know this was a St Christopher medal the detail is very poor. The key ring itself seems solid enough and of reasonable quality but had to look twice to even notice any of the St Christopher markings.”

“Ordered St. Christopher and package arrived within 4 days, but unfortunately it was not engrave with St. Christopher emblem. Engraving of name and message on back was done. Rang to complaim and they arranged to send a replacement, that arrive promptly. My reason for classifying the review as poor, it should have arrived perfect in the first place.”

“I paid £168 for the St Christopher without the chain. But it was much smaller than I thought it would be. It was meant to a present for my fiancé as he works away a lot, but it is way too small for a man to wear, so unfortunately I have wasted my money. Also the writing on the back is very simple and lacking feeling. I thought it would have been a scrolled effect?....I have probably been naïve as I know the value of gold has gone up considerably over the years, and when I selected the script type, I was not sure what type of lettering it would be. On the plus side, the delivery service was superb, prompt, efficient and faultless.”

“I was a little disappointed with the service and product. I think it would be beneficial for en email confirmation to be sent to inform you when your goods have been dispatched. Also my product arrived tarnished, with the wrong style of engraving and the joint holding the pendant to the chain has not been soldered therefore could be lost easily. Finish could definitely be better although I do like the product itself.”
