They phoned to tell me that my beautiful nee PRS was going to be late (a day) and chucked in a gift to say sorry. Guitar arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. “I purchased an Eastman Sb59 from Music Street and the service I received from them was possibly the best service I’ve received in any guitar shop in over 30years. To start they were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making sure my wife and daughter were comfortable and had a cuppa (this was pre-covid) whilst I was given free reign to ‘try what I liked’. There was no pressure to buy or hard sell and I they were completely reasonable about me going away to think on the purchase. Of course two days later I got in contact and purchased the Eastman. The store contacted me wanting to know what my preferred strings and set up were. I enquired what they’d charge to alter it to 50s wiring and they offered to do it as part of the deal. I was too excited to wait for delivery so rushed over after work letting them know I was on my way. Ended up running slightly late and they hung on for me. Couldn’t ask for better service than that. Music Street went above and beyond at every step of the way.”

“I was looking for a new smaller amp for gigging, I decided on the Victory V30 The Countess Mk 2 to go with my Barefaced Reformer 1 x 12 cab. The price was the best I found whilst surfing the net, unfortunately the footswitch did not work properly, so the amp had to be returned. Also after trying the amp with 6L6 power valves they sounded very harsh compared to my Fender Supoersonic, so Music Street spoke to Victory & a replacement was sent with EL 34 power valves, I can't ask for any more than that & the change in output valves worked for me. I purchased the amp right on lockdown, so was unable to use it live, but as lockdown eased, we did several outside gigs & the new set up was brilliant. Music Street - Superb best price, Superb communication via Andy, Superb customer service, Superb return service, thoroughly recommend Music Street - Lee (Bubs) guitar player Skabretta - The 288 - Fat Brando.”

“The problem is we " buy with our eyes" especially in these Covid 19 days when shops are closed and we're forced to buy on line. So I was somewhat disappointed when my guitar arrived and it looked nothing like the instrument that was listed as "actual product photo" on the Musicstreet website. Maybe the photo was once of an "actual product" that was once in the store, but misleadingly it wasn't a photo of the product I received. In fact, the product I received was old stock with a specification that wasn't the same as the guitar advertised on the website - which had an optional teardrop pick guard, whereas mine came with a different shaped pick guard already stuck on it. So there you are, looks can be misleading, sometimes deliberately so - sometimes not. Lesson learnt, in future I will ask for photos of the "actual product" I intend to but and recommend others do the same. The guitar came tuned, which isn't a good thing as it puts tension on the neck during transit, put it was well packed. And to be fair it was £40 cheaper than other similar Eastman PCH GACE on line - but that's probably because it's old stock that has now been superseded and it would have been nice if I, the customer, could have been the one to decide which I bought of the old vs new model. A cautionary tale of Covid 19 days and buying on line.”

Hi Paul, sorry you didn't get the 'actual guitar' photographed, this is very unlike us and we go to extra effort to make sure the photo's are of the actual instrument in stock.. this one obviously slipped the net. you've actually had one of the newer models so not old stock.. all of the PCH1 GACE's are now coming through with this pick guard already attached, we check every guitar which is why it was tuned and unless shipping overseas or not next day then our packaging is more than adequate to protect the guitar during shipping. I apologise you've had the new model turn up but trust that you will enjoy your guitar as they represent amazing value for money even now they're £40 more than you've paid.

“I was devastated when my existing HBE Power Screamer developed a fault - it is such an important component of my signature sound, especially the way it interacts with other dynamics pedals on my boarde. This is a discontinued product and rarely available second-hand. Couldn't believe my luck when my internet search found one available to buy from a UK dealer, Musicstreet. I even got a discount code, this being my first purchase from Musicstreet. My purchase arrived promptly exactly as promised by DPD. The cherry on top was on unboxing (the original HBE packaging & instruction leaflet 👍) to find this is the "custom" version of the Power Screamer with the additional "Fat Boost" toggle switch = very 😎 indeed! With the pedal installed onto my board not only is my signature tone restored but I have another handful of options thanks to said FB toggle. I am the proverbial two tailed canine 😁”
