Fantastic service. You can phone the shop and actually speak to someone if you need to which is proper old fashioned customer service. They phoned to tell me that my beautiful nee PRS was going to be late (a day) and chucked in a gift to say sorry. Guitar arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend all day long.
