“Popped into the Warwick Branch this morning, staff were friendly and welcoming. As a woman on her own and who knows nothing about cars they were not patronising when I explained the problem and let me look too. They looked at it straight away fixed a loose bracket free of charge. I had concerns about my exhaust but they advised me and did not try to hard sell anything. I was on my way within 20 minutes. I will definitely return for any other jobs that need doing. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.”

“On way to work had a tyre failure. Not only that but others needed doing. Four tyres at short notice. These guys didn't even blink. On and out 45 mins max. Also temp brake seize. Sorted. Best price, best attitude and a genuine bunch of guys. I honestly don't know why you would go anywhere else because I won't be.”

“Don,t bother Emailing for a price on tyres. You get a reference number 5538 / 0208 - 1019 and automated reply. But 2 weeks later still no reply from a human with a price. Obviously business is that good they dont need the work!!! Question Underneath How fast did company reply? Theres no box for "They didnt bother" :-)”

“Visited Mr Tyre in Lichfield, whilst there on Business. I had a flat tyre on my way into the city. Managed to complete my 2 appointments in Lichfield, but didnt want to travel back to Stoke on Trent on a run flat tyre. Called in to see if this could be fixed at around 1pm but next appointment was 3pm. I neede to get back for another appointment. Jack offered to put air in the tyre so i could get back home. Unfortunately the tyre had blown out. Jack was quite insistant that i didn't drive it. He rechecked the bookings and explained he could start my car but would have to break off for a booking at 1.30pm. Luckily for me this booking didnt arrive. On checking my other tyres the front Passenger was illegal so this too was changed. I was back on the road with 2 new tyes bt 2pm. As a single women i didnt feel intimidated or feel as though i was being mis-sold. A great service for a women in distress. Please pass on my thanks to Jack and Tom at the Lichfield branch, will definately be using this service again”

“Northampton just off Gladstone rd. Positive experience. Good clean waiting room. With Drinks. No forced sales or pressure selling. Just perfect. Advice where needed. Great! Had two front wheels balanced today. Ex Quick Fit and Trained mechanic so I know how bad these places can be. This place was perfect.”

“Yesterday I visited your garage with my tyre pressure warning light on I just had two tyres fitted at a garage on my blue peought at a garage in Crewe. I was looked after by Jon at mr tyre ltd in Newcastle under Lyme garage he was my hero as he checked the tyre pressure and reset my warning light amazing and quick service thanks very much for your help jon xxx”

“booked a basic oil and filter change service for 10am 21-10-19 ( after having a major service at the same branch 12 months ago ) arrived at 9-50 am said that i wished to wait for my car , was told that they were to busy and i would have to leave the car with them until the service could be carried out , i had traveled from coleshill , not good enough - i had pre booked for 10am for a job that should not take more than 20 mins”

I apologise for this, it is very difficult to keep to exact times, although we had almost completed a service and your vehicle would have been on the lift in 20 minutes. This would have only been 10 minutes after your appointment time. Our Assistant Manager asked if you could leave the car with us as many people prefer not to wait whilst work is completed. Once he knew you had travelled from Coleshill he tried to explain that we wouldn't be long, but you didn't appear to have the time. We pride ourselves on giving very good levels of service, and it is disappointing when a customer feels let down. I hope that you will appreciate that we always try our best, and if there is an issue with a booking for a vehicle immediately before yours we have a duty to complete it properly. This can occasionally create a slight overrun to the booking times. Kind regards, Customer Services

“I've been going to Mr Tyre in Farnworth for about 3 years now, as has my partner. Always been looked after by them. Daz (I think that's his name) has always been really helpful and friendly, takes the time to show things to me and answers any questions I've had, even just curious interest ones! Cannot recommend these guys enough, I've moved to a 20 minute drive away and would still rather go to these guys despite having a garage within 1 minutes walk because I know that they will do an amazing job.”

“Quote for 1 oil to VW spec 504/507 then fit a Mobil oil not of 504/507 spec and have overtightened a bracket torx bolt and damaged the star in the bolt they were last to touch. Previously they also overtightened wheelnuts but I went back.... If I'd had a puncture at 2am I'd have been stuffed.”

“Daventry branch of Mr Tyre is exceptional. Friendly professional service. I booked the car in for a job that another garage said needed to be done, Mr Tyre were honest and explained it did not need replacing. Probably the first garage to not over charge or invent jobs. This is the second time I have used this business and on both occasions they have been amazing, honest and very low prices. If you have a car and need work you would be mad not to use Mr Tyre of Daventry”
