I returned with a problem to the full exhaust I had fitted a while ago. They repaired it with no issues straight away as it was covered under the warranty. I was really impressed with the overall service I received.

Mr tyre branch shrewsbury Shropshire Amazing customer service from Greg and Ben and staff I have been really poorly no voice and excellent support from the AA who think you guys do a great job My vauxhall mokka has been serviced and mot with you guys and my tyres are great quality too So very happy with the service from this mr tyre shrewsbury Will be highly recommending your services as I travel miles to supply teach over a hour to Newcastle under Lyme and West Midlands too x

Hi, Called into Warwick Branch to see all the doors open, lights on and nothing on the ramps at 5pm with 2 Operatives in the Office with Iphones in hand and bums on seats. On asking if I could have a set of tyres I was told they were very busy and expecting someone in who had booked , we shut in half an hour you know. Ah well spent my £300 quid with someone who wanted too provide a service lol.

I've used Mr Tyre several times and always had a good experience. I like the way you choose your tyres online and then choose where to have them fitted and choose a fitting time which they keep to. Good company to deal with.

Have used Mr Tyre Worksop for my own and my wife’s tyres now. Compared to other suppliers, many of which I have used over the years they way way better. Richard and his staff are a pleasure to deal with Mike Holborn

Big thank you for fitting me in today at the Kidderminster . Visit prompted by what I suspected was a puncture but with great prices and tyres due to be changed all four done and tracking checked and aligned . Also put the exhaust heat shield back in place . Staff really friendly and helpful . Brilliant service which was very much appreciated . Many thanks again

First time at Mr Tyre and Daventry branch: Luke was professional and really helpful. No appointment but seen quickly and some good advice for tyre replacement due to screw and nail in existing tyre. Competitive tyre choices on the shelf too! Will definitely use again. Many thanks

four good tyres and price reasonable, fitted quickly and was initially pleased. One week in my rear tyre is deflating, the same wheel id had a problem with which led me to replacing all four, this happens. I rang to explain at 9am and told the guy I could bring my car in at 11am, he said they were busy but could fit me in. I drop the car off and return 3 hours later, car has not been looked at. Im told they said they were busy and they had become more busy since id phoned at 9am. Did they not book me in before these people who had made it "more busy"? I ask when do they think they could look and was told " I can't give you an answer to be honest" !!!! maybe another hour. This is the point where I realise there is not much profit in a repair which will probably be for free anyway and I ask for my keys back. I visit another local tyre dealer who inspects the tyre and informs me the valve is faulty and to be honest does not look like its a valve that is one week old, sounds like the old valve to me as this wheel had gone down before on the old tyre. Another week passes and I notice the two front are losing pressure. I decide to run the car into my trusted tyre man who checks the remaining 3 wheels and discovers they are all losing pressure through the valves, in one case the valve was "barely in there". To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I drive to work 19 miles over country roads to Chorley and come home via the motorway. What may have happened doesn't bear thinking about. So there we are great tyres but dodgy valves/ poor workmanship/ added expense of £40 to make the car safe. Im not one for leaving bad reviews but safety concerns need highlighting. Farnworth branch.

We're sorry to read your comments, Mr Booth. Using your feedback we have looked into this matter to try & understand what may have transpired. Across our 35 branches, we fit thousands of tyres and this is the first time we've been alerted to this valve issue which suggests it isn't a bad batch of valves which caused the problem. Unless a valve leaks straight away, it's unlikely they ever will. Corroded wheels can play a part but we cannot determine this now. In so far as your customer experience, we always seek to provide a high level of friendly, quality service so are sorry we couldn't get to your vehicle sooner. Wait times can be impacted if there is an issue with vehicles before yours, as we seek to complete each job satisfactorily. Popped into the Warwick Branch this morning, staff were friendly and welcoming. As a woman on her own and who knows nothing about cars they were not patronising when I explained the problem and let me look too. They looked at it straight away fixed a loose bracket free of charge. I had concerns about my exhaust but they advised me and did not try to hard sell anything. I was on my way within 20 minutes. I will definitely return for any other jobs that need doing. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.

On way to work had a tyre failure. Not only that but others needed doing. Four tyres at short notice. These guys didn't even blink. On and out 45 mins max. Also temp brake seize. Sorted. Best price, best attitude and a genuine bunch of guys. I honestly don't know why you would go anywhere else because I won't be.

Don,t bother Emailing for a price on tyres. You get a reference number 5538 / 0208 - 1019 and automated reply. But 2 weeks later still no reply from a human with a price. Obviously business is that good they dont need the work!!! Question Underneath How fast did company reply? Theres no box for "They didnt bother" :-)

Visited Mr Tyre in Lichfield, whilst there on Business. I had a flat tyre on my way into the city. Managed to complete my 2 appointments in Lichfield, but didnt want to travel back to Stoke on Trent on a run flat tyre. Called in to see if this could be fixed at around 1pm but next appointment was 3pm. I neede to get back for another appointment. Jack offered to put air in the tyre so i could get back home. Unfortunately the tyre had blown out. Jack was quite insistant that i didn't drive it. He rechecked the bookings and explained he could start my car but would have to break off for a booking at 1.30pm. Luckily for me this booking didnt arrive. On checking my other tyres the front Passenger was illegal so this too was changed. I was back on the road with 2 new tyes bt 2pm. As a single women i didnt feel intimidated or feel as though i was being mis-sold. A great service for a women in distress. Please pass on my thanks to Jack and Tom at the Lichfield branch, will definately be using this service again
