“The centre didn't update me as they were doing the MOT - I had to ring them on the hour pretty much to find out whether it was fixed, what the repairs were, how much it would cost, etc - very slow service although polite. I also felt that the price quoted for the items which needed fixing for my MOT was excessive - just because I am a young female doesn't mean I am an idiot.”

“Booked my wife's car into the Canterbury branch for an mot and I have to say they were brilliant from start to finish. The lady behind the desk was friendly and couldn't do enough for me. She even went the extra mile and asked one of the guys to fix a rattle under the exhaust pipe at no extra cost as it was something pretty simple. Great experience will definitely be booking my service and mot for my second car when it's due. Thanks again.”
