“While cleaning the engine compatment is not part of service, and considering that a lot of work is being done under the bonnet, leaving the engine with all its dirt marks gives the impression that there was no work done on the car. Some of the dirt marks would smudge anyway as the workmen work on the car, say to change plugs. There is no sign of that.”

“I want to leave a honest review I dropped my car off at ten o'clock the service man said I didn't want to give me a half job because he was pushed for time but then was chatting half hour I left and come back at 5 and car wasn't ready the service guy said I had a oill leak and needed a gasket I said can you do the job he said yes bring it back Saturday morning so I left around 6 pm I then returned to Mr clutch around 2 pm on the Thursday and asked if he can still do the job he said no it's to big a job so felt like they messed me around so now I've gone to main dealer and there doing it Monday. I took my business elsewhere”
