My problem was that I had an air con service and re-gas with a groupn voucher, and when I collected my car and asked for a receipt, I was told that there wasn't one? I would expect a receipt for ANY service I had paid for, whether direct or via a voucher scheme.”

“Organising the appointment was quite easy and the reception was efficient. The work was carried out to time but recharging the air con system did not get it working. I was told the diagnostics could take 90 minutes but I didn't have time to wait.
In fact, I took the car to my local garage who spotted immediately that the bolt holding the compressor pulley to its shaft was loose - 30 minutes and it was fixed.
So, the people at Mr Clutch were good at what they did but not too sharp on what they missed!”
