“I rang up to make an appointment for an Mot Was agreed a date & time. On the day I arrived 25 mins early, they took my car & soon after started the MOT…. I waited around in the waiting area & was relieved with the air con …very friendly service by staff”

“The quality of work done was good, also nice location. There can be room for improvements in customer facilities like kwick-fit, have nice seating are with disabled toilets, ideal if someone gona have a 2 or more hours wait, but othrwise good.”

“I drove down to Norwich from Cheshire to to dog sit for my daughter, I literally just made it before my clutch went. I managed to drive it to Mr Clutch and I am amazed by the fabulous service I received. Steve asked me if I had someone picking me up and when I said no and that I needed a taxi, he phoned a local firm, but they couldn’t help for over an hour so he then arranged for one of the guys to give me a lift home. I was so grateful! The following day I was expecting the car to be ready late afternoon but Steve phoned me at 13.30 to tell me it was ready. Absolutely an excellent service and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.”

“Both the front office and the mechanics were fantastic. Jay at the front office was friendly, polite, personable and knowledgeable. I was able to speak with the vehicle technition before and after the work was carried out on my vehicle, thanking him for his hard work. Unfortunately I am unable to recall the vehicle technitions name and this is a failing on my part. I would definitely return this garage in future and would recommend this garage to anyone.”
