“Mr Clutch in Bollo Lane Acton W3 have carried out my MOT in recent years. They are always efficient, professional and excellent value.
On this occasion, my Car required a new Exhaust and Box. The repair was carried out promply and again, excellent value.
In addition, the Manager was extremely helpful. My phone was not working and he spent a lot of time trying to contact me. He then went to some lengths to accomodate the Exhaust fitting the following morning.
Highly recomended.”

“I’ve only been to these guys twice. The last time to servicing a BMW 335D which is an expensive and relatively complicated high spec performance diesel. Despite a delay in competition due to an issue with the chest oil being delivered on time., i get the sense that they’ve done the service properly and it was a major one.
Last year I took our camper van for an MOT at a governmental council testing site. They failed the van on the brakes which I had personally just replaced the master cylinder and had the fluids changed at this garage in Bedminster Bristol. I took it back to them due to the failed MOT and not only did they replace all the fluid but they put it through an MOT based brake service to confirm that the brakes are fine. The manager of this branch told me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes and told me that he thought that the MOT tester may not to know what he’s doing with these type of van brakes. I took it back for a retest at the MOT place and the same tester told me that he thought the technician at Mr clutch didn’t know what he was doing. I told him that the technician said the same about him. A senior MOT technician came over and tested the brakes which took about 10 seconds and he told me that they are fine and there was nothing wrong with them. Mr. Clutch didn’t charge me any extra for this work in reassuring me which proved to me that they offer a high level of customer support. All of my van, MOTS and my lovely car MOTs as well as their servicing will now be done at MrClutch’s Bedminster branch. Reasonable prices. Excellent customer service even beyond what you’d expect, as well as fitting decent quality parts as in Bosch filters to My BMW rather than just using cheap parts that benefit them financially. With my opinion changes in the future, I will update this review.”
“Had my mot today. Not sure if its under new management as been going here for years and hasnt always felt a pleasant welcome but the staff that was there today were lovely. The gentlemen who served me greeted me with a smile and was so helpful. Made me feel comfortable and updated me on my car. Great experience”
