Duly returned and was informed the A/C recharge was not required and told me how to get a refund from Groupon. So honest, they could have just said everything was done and ok and I would have been none the wiser! Will definitely go back there as and when my car needs a mechanic to look at it. “USED THE OXFORD BRANCH FOR AN AIRCON RECHARGE SERVICE AND CLEAN. THIS WAS A GROUPON DEAL AND ALTHOUGH IT ONLY IMPROVED IT SLIGHTLY, NO CRITISM AS MY AIRCON WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THIS. BUT IT INCLUDED A CLEAN INSTEAD OF GETTING RID OR PREVENT ANY SMELL, IT DID THE OPPOSITE AND MADE MY AIRCON SMELL MUSKY WHICH WASNT THERE BEFORE. I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPY IF THIS WAS THE FULL PRICE BUT OVERALL GOOD SERVICE FROM STAFF AND COMPLETED ON TIME.”
“The technician who did the work was good however the manager/reception person was very unprofessional. Personally i wouldnt use mr clutch services generall be ause of the lack of customer service & false advice to generate work, expensive work & unrealibity of management.”

My problem was that I had an air con service and re-gas with a groupn voucher, and when I collected my car and asked for a receipt, I was told that there wasn't one? I would expect a receipt for ANY service I had paid for, whether direct or via a voucher scheme.”
