On both occasions I had MOT appointments within day or two of booking online/calling. Booking online saved few more pounds.”
“I took my 8 year old Vw Golf for annual service and for an engine management light which had come on.Service was done excellently,fault diagnosed and agent promised to charge less than the original quote if needed work took less time.On collection of vehicle I was told work actually took less time and I paid about half the original cost.Total cost was less than a quarter of what the Vw dealership in Crawley quoted (£800).I had also wasted £102 at the same Vw dealership who had told me the problem was a software update but quoted the £800 when the light reappeared.I am completely satisfied with Mr Clutch,Crawley branch and will definitely use them again.

Recently the clutch failed on my gf's Mini Cooper and upon initial inspection they believed there was a possibility the gearbox could also be at fault. However, after further investigation they found nothing wrong and swiftly changed the clutch. I know other garages may have tried to charge for a new gearbox anyway but it was great to see such honesty and customer service.
