Since then, Ice, frost and torrential rain have stopped me using it until now (1st Feb) It seems to have killed the moss where I applied it, but just left a yellow mess which still has to be cleared away. I thought it might have somehow burnt/shrivelled it all up! Probably naively!

The dead moss will naturally biodegrade over time, but it does take a few days, unless you have particularly heavy rain. Sorry to hear our product didn't quite impress you because of this, but thank you for your comments all the same.

As discussed on our live chat, your order was placed late on a Friday and it is clear on our website and order confirmation emails that orders are dispatched on a next business day service. The confirmation email you received is a VAT invoice and the product data sheet is accessible on each product page on our website. We do not include paper copies of these documents with dispatched orders in a conscious attempt to reduce paper wastage in our target to be as 'green' as possible.
I'm sorry to hear you expect more than that, but all-the-same, thank you for your order.

We're sorry to hear there were complications with your delivery, Clive. Unfortuantely our courier service does not include tracked delivery - which we do mention on our shipping policy page.
