Our apologise once again for the delay. Over 800 items were held at the hub in your local area by our (usually reliable) courier who failed to relay this information. We're disappointed too and agree it was very poor, but unfortunately it was out of our control once the courier collected your order from our warehouse. We can assure you this is a one-off incident.
