“Offered the best price on the internet for my laptop and had it collected with DPD, who put it in a secured box and received payment the following day. Couldn't recommend them higher as the whole process was so easy and simple from start to finish.”

“I sold an iPhone and a laptop. For iphone, there was no revision of price however for laptop, there was a change which I questioned . I was so impressed when the customer care representative reached out and clearly explained and sorted the gap.They were very polite and patient in hearing my thought. I really appreciate this and will refer to my friends.”

“I have sold two items with this company, and they are honestly fantastic. My first item was a laptop. I asked for a "borrow a box" and "courier collection". So simple, and the packaging provided and instructions are very clear. Courier came on the date given.. and I received an email confirmation to say when they (LTS) had got my item and that it needed to be processed etc. Then, just a few hours later, I had another email saying my funds had been processed. I check my bank and voila, there it is! No problems what so ever. My second item, I was also borrowed a box and had courier collection. Sadly, someone stole my box that was left in my shed, however I contacted LTS by email, and they were really really helpful in being able to provide me with a NEW box WITH the courier so that I could still sell my item on the date arranged for the courier. Something as simple as sending another box, is a HUGE thing and makes such a big difference when it comes to customer satisfaction; it's above and beyond.”

“I've used a few different mobile recycling sites, but Money4mytech are simply the best. Easy to deal with. Any questions answered on the phone (phones answered quickly too) They have a price promise, which was honoured and 5% bonus added. Postage is paid for and is easy trackable. Now the best bit..... My item was received at 11am and the money paid into my account a few hours later. A fantastic service and I would have no hesitation in using again. I will recommend Money4mytech for sure Keep up the good work!”
