“This seller sent me a much cheaper fridge than I ordered and then were slow to collect it back from me and then even slower to refund my money. Be careful ordering anything from them as I believe they may have cashflow issues.”

“Ordered a fridge over one week ago (00019220). Fridge was not delivered within 24 hours and checking online suggested it would not be available until May! Emailed customer service (Jenny) who replied promptly and said the fridge would be delivered yesterday/today due to errors and couriers. Checked with courier today and they have no record of the order. Bit of a shambles overall. Still chasing refund. Customer service response okay but we have no fridge or refund yet. Overall review: avoid this company.”

“Very pleased with the mini fridge I received. The delivery was very quick and the fridge itself looks good. It was in the clearance section of the website (Graded A), when it arrived it looked brand new. So overall I'm happy with my purchase.”
