“Bought for my son who is delighted withe the product, he uses it in a bedroom environment and has found the choice of power sources and the ability to move the fridge when required is excellant. Good capacity, interior layout and style all great. choosing and ordering on-line was very simple for me plus as had an issue on delivery when my post code was not recognised was easily resolved after phoning in a pleasant, efficient manner.”

“I was so surprised to receive a fridge that was marked as a grade C was in such good condition. It cooled quickly and was ready to use within 30mins. We bought it for use in our bedroom as I am disabled and my husband has arthritis so going downstairs upon waking was becoming hard work, so now we have coffee and drinks in our room, great also for days I can’t get out of bed. The fridge is very quiet and I have had no problems sleeping with it running. Would definitely recommend this item and this company. It arrived in good time, I am one happy customer”

“Next day delivery doesn’t include freezers apparently ! Ordered mine weds after 3pm so expected it Friday. Phoned to ask what time it was due spent 20mins waiting whilst operator tried to find out. She didn’t phone me back as promised so called again to be told it would be Monday which wasn’t acceptable to me, asked for compensation but they wrangled out of that asked for a refund and they didn’t do that either so now in limbo is it refunded or still being delivered not a good way to treat a customer”

“My Son ordered a fridge from yourselves for my elderly Father who is in a care home. Fridge was delivered later than expected. A pat test was done at the care home and the fridge failed it due to insulation fault. I informed company to be told i needed to return it so they could send it to their manufacturer to be tested? Long story short and lots of emails later. I said i wasn't happy with this and would like a courier to pick the "Faulty fridge" up and refund my money. I have had nothing since. I have sent several messages. My poor father who was so happy with his fridge, doesn't understand why it has been taken away from him. I would really appreciate if someone would get back to me asap so this can be resolved.”
