“The impression one was given was delivery the following day. In fact I ordered on the Monday and received the order on the Friday. Small print however does state delivery can be longer in busy periods. Beware if you think you will receive the following day!”

“Yet to test the product but the customer service I received has been "chilled" and thankfully not "frosty". It is a very n"ICE"addition to my 6 year old sons room. Than Q.(See what I did there ha ha) Oh the Joy's. Much Love and Merry Xmas.”

“Good prices in the sale and a wide range of products. Easy to order, quick delivery - although ordered Friday at 12.30pm, the delivery was received Tuesday not Monday but that wasn't a problem for me despite the website saying next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. My order confirmation email didn't come through initially but after speaking to a customer service person who was polite and helpful, was sent it immediately.”
