“I paid for my minifridge last Friday 13 th December with next day delivery I have not been out of the house since and still not received it!”

Hi Glyn, All Mainland UK orders placed before 2PM Mon-Thu will be sent on a next day service at no extra charge. Please note the delivery will be made on the next business day, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. Your order was delivered to you on Tuesday.

“Very unhappy. Ordered for next day delivery. Waited in all day. When rang to see where it is, they said there was a problem and I will now need to wait until Monday, 3 days late. And having to cancel other meetings!!.”
