“I'm extremely happy with my mini fridge as it's exactly what I've been looking for. I was unable to order online at the time because there was a problem with the website. I called your very friendly, helpful staff who soon placed my order. The fridge was delivered the very next day at 10.35am morning. Your service was excellent! Thank you very much.”

“yes very nice however paid for two only received one please can you advise asap regards May Kingsley paid via Paypal please except my apologies both boxes where so securely packed together that I thought it was only one mini fridges are great one for a Christmas present the other for birthday present for my grandsons very happy and thanking you for your understanding my mistake that is really good customer service with regards May Kingsley”

“I placed a first order where I missed the box to select different delivery and billing addresses - my fault. They called to let me know and I gave the correct details over the phone, only to get a email later on saying the order was cancelled - I called the next day and they said the bank rejected payment. I tried to order again, but the item was out of stock. I ordered something different - correct details this time and everything went smoothly. Over a week later and after checking my transactions online I found that both orders had been charged to my card and I had not been refunded (so no rejection from the bank). I called today, they say they will sort it out, but as a customer I shouldn't have to chase refunds for cancelled orders.”
