“I placed a first order where I missed the box to select different delivery and billing addresses - my fault. They called to let me know and I gave the correct details over the phone, only to get a email later on saying the order was cancelled - I called the next day and they said the bank rejected payment. I tried to order again, but the item was out of stock. I ordered something different - correct details this time and everything went smoothly. Over a week later and after checking my transactions online I found that both orders had been charged to my card and I had not been refunded (so no rejection from the bank). I called today, they say they will sort it out, but as a customer I shouldn't have to chase refunds for cancelled orders.”

“Great little fridge bought for sons bedroom, ideal size for his cans and small bottles of drinks. All as described, a very versatile little fridge as can use in the car, but most important to me is how quiet it is as being used in the bedroom. Easy to order and very speedy delivery.”
