“The guys at Michael Tuck are all very nice and none threatening, purchasing a house they marketed was a pretty simple process. They were on the ball pushing the process forward without being too insistent about it. There were one or two delays, but nothing that created any kind of problem; to be fair at least one of them was my fault. Everyone was polite and professional. I would rate them 'Very Good' but there was a mix up and our second viewing appointment was not booked in, so the vendor was out when we arrived and we had to re-arrange. But again, it may have been partly my fault. When i come to sell my house i will consider Michael Tuck to act as my agent.”

“Helpful office staff and upfront re contracts and straightforward fees from experience so far. I'm comparing with other agency so was a bit surprised let is for 6 months not 12 and then reverts to periodic. Happy with that as that was what I'd expected with other agent. Let quickly and all as you'd said so far. Thank you. Jackie Golledge”

“As we bought the house whilst we were abroad we relied on the MT staff to look after the progress of the deal. They didn't let us down and were extremely helpful. Warren in particular was very, very helpful and went over and above what was expected of him. Good job. Thanks”

“Always helpful and somehow they always seem cheerful on the telephone ! I usually speak to Kurt about letting as Tucks act as my Agent. All the staff are courteous. Recommended.”
