“I have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars to Michael Tuck, based on my experience. I was a first time landlord, renting out a retirement apartment, and didn’t have a clue! I dealt in the main with Lianne Hancox, who was superb - friendly, efficient, and with a lot of experience as Lettings Manager. During the twelve months of the tenancy, and previously in marketing the apartment, I had excellent service, and didn’t worry about a thing, as the agency dealt with everything. Unfortunately, my new tenant requires a type of tenancy they don’t deal with, otherwise I would be still on the books!”

“5/5. I Highly recommend Mike Tuck to anyone looking to rent a property. I have had such an amazing and positive experience with Mike Tuck Lettings. From the time i viewed the house to completing paperwork, to addressing concerns (only minor) and now 3 months in the home; the staff have been wonderful and so supportive. We are in a lovely and well maintained home. The service is all i had hoped for especially after having had trouble with a different estate agent.”

“I have been a client of Michael Tuck Estate and Letting Agents since 2007, when I instructed your lettings department to find a tenant and manage my property. This year I decided to sell the property and I had no hesitation in instructing the Estate Agency to handle the marketing and subsequent sale. I have been very impressed with the excellent service I have received both from Lettings and from Sales. I would like to thank Rob Smith for his many years of diligently handling the letting of the property and, more recently, Charlie Hitchman for arranging a quick sale and monitoring the transaction through to a successful conclusion. “I would like to send a massive thank you to James for how fantastic he’s been with everything possible with the house I’ve just moved into. He knew I was going through a bit of a sticky situation and how important it was for me to find a house for me and my two children. Getting the house I’ve moved into and having James as the estate agent has honestly been the best thing that has happened to me and my two children for a very long time. James was very easy to talk to and great to get on with. Explained things to me a little easier to understand as he got that some things I found a bit difficult to get. So again I would just like to say a massive thank you to James and everything he has done.”

“I rate 5 stars 😊 All questions were dealt swiftly and with clarity. Initially I dealt with Andy Heard who came and valued mum's property and he was gracious, respectful and concise. No flannel. I also give credit to Chloe Wilson and Tony Sysum for the accurate updates of the sale. Again no flannel and clear language. You are a great team and I truly appreciated and valued the no nonsense approach and honesty.”
