“WARNING - do not go on your Mounjaro journey with this company, they will not support you with maintenance. Their website says the following 'To ensure you can maintain your weight loss and the healthy habits you've developed, our prescribers can continue to provide your weight loss medications for a period of two years after your initial order, even if your BMI is within a healthy range.' This is NOT true. I spent a lot of money and lost 5 stone in 6 months, and got to 23.5 BMI, which was 2lbs from a BMI of 24. I was honest and entered my current weight of 9st 11 when I went to order my next pen, I was sent an email telling me how well I had done and that they would support me at my BMI of 23.5. Then days later and numerous phone calls I was told my order had been rejected and they would not prescribe me anymore. They apologised for sending the wrong email! Now I'm left with only one more dose and then nothing. I had planned on stepping down the strengths but now I've been left with nothing and no support. I even complained and was sent another email saying they would support me, then another message to say they wouldn't. So if you intend on losing weight and want a good maintenance plan DO NOT go with Medexpress.”

“3 months on Mounjaro from MedExpress and 2 stone down with 2 to go. No exercise so far but will start soon. MedExpress have been great throughout and I intend on staying with them. If you use code AAZXX2 for £40 discount off your first order with them they are also the cheapest at £109.99 for 4 weeks on 2.5mg or 5mg. I'm saving that on takeaways and junk food.”
