“Fast delivery but after over 5 years of being a customer , my latest order was totally unacceptable ??? I tried to phone up but nobody had answered my call after waiting over 15 minutes !”

“Reasonably easy to use... They're a pretty efficient service.... Offering a discrete delivery postage.... Just wish they would give the best discounts from the start! I bought a treatment at a 25% discount and then the next day they reduced it to 35% discount.....! I complained but they didn't respond!!!”
