“I’m only 3 days into taking the weygovi pill. Therefore I don’t think it has made an impression on me especially the food noise. I’m hoping that after a month of taking the medication this will kick in”

“The product is fine but the delivery was sadly lacking. Delivered to a Royal Mail Locker they forgot to provide a collection code so I was unable to collect my delivery until it had been returned to the local Customer Service Point”

“I started purchasing weight loss medication from MedExpress 2 months ago. I was waiting for the new Wegovy pill to be released. I followed the normal procedure for purchasing medication from MedExpress - but had to keep chasing as it took 7 days for it to be sent and it continually said on my dashboard it was under review. I dealt with 2 people in customer services nothing changed. The third person got things moving as said they hadn't pushed my prescription through for clinical approval. MedExpress should complete their due diligence before taking money from your bank..!”

“Messed me around and took a long time to deliver which is a shame really, also didn’t listen to the fact the 1.5 tablets would have no effect. Should have gone with somone that listened to be fair seems like they just want to make you start again and make more money”

“Due to being a past customer, although a slight pause has taken place, I assumed moving to the pills would be quick and easy ! The process was frustrating and slow, due in the main having to deal with different Customer Service reps and attempting to get the Med Team to 'Tick the Box.' After chaising myself, all was sorted and the pills arrive. Tablets are obviously less hastle then the injections, although the taste when swalling is not great, but onwards and upwards, or perhaps downwards.. hopefully :-)”

“Generally very efficient and have never had an issue with any order except my last order arrived 10 days after ordering it...not exactly what you'd call 'Express'!”

“The first two dispatches were fine, but my last order took nine days to be sent. The automated bots they use for customer service are frustrating, and despite being assured that a supervisor or manager would call me to explain why my payment had been taken but my pens had not been dispatched, I never received a call. The poor communication and lack of follow-through caused me to lose faith in Med Express, and unfortunately, it also made me lose confidence in the product itself.”
