“Trophies came out amazing, exactly as asked for. Only issue I had was a couple of miscommunications when ordering but it was resolved quickly and delivered when promised. Thank you again.”

“Product was perfect and quick as usual. Only problem, and this is something new to all of us, was Brexit and an additional €31 taxes and charges levied on the delivery. I had to pay the courier before it was delivered as a result of Taxes due to Brexit. I know this doesn't go to you, but it may be something that needs to be more transparent on your site. Note: the €31 extra was €13 tax, and €18 fees for UPS!! As usual, I'm very happy with working with MedalStudio, this is just something annoying and new.”
