“Product was perfect and quick as usual. Only problem, and this is something new to all of us, was Brexit and an additional €31 taxes and charges levied on the delivery. I had to pay the courier before it was delivered as a result of Taxes due to Brexit. I know this doesn't go to you, but it may be something that needs to be more transparent on your site. Note: the €31 extra was €13 tax, and €18 fees for UPS!! As usual, I'm very happy with working with MedalStudio, this is just something annoying and new.”
