“Great communication and service thank you. Was a bit disappointed by the thinkness/weight of the medal as thought for the price would get a bit more medal for my money - no doubt this was all clear in the specifications though.”

Hi Samuel Thank you for the feedback that you were pleased with our communication and service I can confirm you are correct, the specification including the dimensions and weight for each of our medals are displayed on our website to help our customers understand what they are purchasing before making the buying decision We can also post out if a customer requests, a free of charge generic logo sample of our stock medals so you can physically see how and what the medal looks like before purchasing

“Generally Happy with the finished snoods, but it was for the second time of asking to improve things with the design team, and i'm wondering why the pattern repeat dosen't go seam to seam. this might have something to do with the printing process, i don't know, but if it was something that could be rectified, that would improve the final product. The fact that the snoods are all sewn is a big plus though.”

Hi Miles, Thank you for your review. We're glad you were happy with your snoods. Our snoods are printed in-house in the UK so we can assure all of our snoods are of the highest quality possible. The proof you received from our design team did display what the full snood design would look like before it was approved by yourself and the seam allowance is also labelled on the proof. Due to the artwork received and the fact our design team had to do a pattern repeat across your snoods, the pattern therefore wouldn't go seam to seam. Also, the way in which the snoods are sewn together means that we can never guarantee that patterns will match up perfectly at the back of the snood. Thanks again for your review, Miles. “I love the fact that I can send you a picture of what I need and you can put it into print I was a little disappointed that when the product arrived there was much black of the German flag this causes you to lose the fact it is the german flag Over all the quality of the product is very good so soft and of high quality I would use you again but when I am proofing the print I will have to check them more carefully”

“Good, quick service. Good price. Several errors during the process - perhaps a bit of focus on speed over thoroughness. Trophies' quality was average. You could see the glue in the joins, they arrived dirty - just all gave the impression of haste and not enough quality.”
