“Customer service is excellent. Can’t fault it. However the medals themselves were disappointing. I’m afraid the ink on the wooden medals looks thin and somewhat washed out. It needs to be significantly thicker with a sharper finish. If that is not possible with the materials available, I wouldn’t offer them for sale. As such I can’t recommend the product.”
