“Completing the 40th edition of the London Marathon was once in a life adventure. I search long and hard to find a fitting memento for myself and my marvellous support team. And Medal Studio met those high expectations with a personalised snood. Elegant and even practical as face mask. From a start, an efficient, enthusiastic courteous customer service. Then an art work with vibrant colours out of this world, printing our previous moments on the snood. Back to customer to ensure your satisfaction, and promptly delivered. Brilliant from start to finish line !”

“Just received my order. What a marvellous way to commemorate completion of the 40th edition of the London Marathon with an exceptional support team! The snood is as bright, colourful, and functional as the Marathon Squad proved to be. Comes with suggestion to wear in all occasions. “I love the fact that I can send you a picture of what I need and you can put it into print I was a little disappointed that when the product arrived there was much black of the German flag this causes you to lose the fact it is the german flag Over all the quality of the product is very good so soft and of high quality I would use you again but when I am proofing the print I will have to check them more carefully”

“As a small charity looking for a way to recognise participants of our 'virtual marathon' at short notice, we struggled to find a company happy to produce a small number of finishing medals with a short lead time. We were thrilled to find Medal Studio, who were more than happy to accommodate our awkward order and produce some wooden medals for us very quickly. We placed our design order on the Monday and our medals were on our doorstep on Tuesday of the following week. Really helpful team, reasonable price and incredibly swift delivery - we'll be back!”

“The review outline asks for comments on customer service, price, delivery, returns and refunds, but I’ll pass on the last two as I yesterday received a delivery for my cycling club of buffs (a much more convenient alternative to masks!) and the quality is outstanding, so it’s unlikely that they’ll come into play! Customer service is truly exceptional, with Mel in sales and Will in design both going out of their way to ensure our order was fulfilled to the maximum. Price was very reasonable and compared very favourably with some of the major online cycle clothing companies. Delivery was earlier than stated when I requested that I need them if possible in advance of a committee meeting on Monday. Overall, Medal Studio really get what customer service is about and my only wish is that there were more businesses who value their clients like they do!”
