“Customer service is excellent. Can’t fault it. However the medals themselves were disappointing. I’m afraid the ink on the wooden medals looks thin and somewhat washed out. It needs to be significantly thicker with a sharper finish. If that is not possible with the materials available, I wouldn’t offer them for sale. As such I can’t recommend the product.”

“I had a friend running a 50Km for charity and his event was cancelled due to Covid. However he decided to still run locally. It was raising over £4000 for Cancer research so I wanted a small memento and other standard Medals look cheap. I found Medal Studio and they created a great looking Wooden plaque and was nicely priced. They also ensured they posted it and it arrived ahead of the event. Thank you and looks great.”
