“Really enjoyed my first delivery with meatbox, so I ordered another. DPD went to the wrong address, I tried to rectify this with the sales team but was just ignored. The food was good first time round but if DPD messes up, then it's your problem.”

“Didn’t receive items ordered, nor did I get contacted to establish how I’d like to proceed. I got extra of something I didn’t want. I raised a complaint with Delivita and have still not heard back Also the lack of clarity about when the order would arrive, alongside the lack of transparency the order isn’t coming from Delivita means useful correspondence is dis-regarded.”

“I haven't given 5 stars as I haven't cooked the meat yet! It was ordered for a certain date but unfortunately you had a fridge break down, so arrived too late for feeding my guests so I have frozen it. It arrived well packaged and after hearing from you that it would be delayed for a couple of days, the delivery arrived without a hitch.”
