“Didn’t receive items ordered, nor did I get contacted to establish how I’d like to proceed. I got extra of something I didn’t want. I raised a complaint with Delivita and have still not heard back Also the lack of clarity about when the order would arrive, alongside the lack of transparency the order isn’t coming from Delivita means useful correspondence is dis-regarded.”

“Bit disappointed to be honest. Joint was quite fatty and a bit tough. Have had saddle of lamb from local butchers before and always been good but thought I would try Meatbox. Good service and delivered on time but, as I said, a bit disappointing.”

“The Fillet steaks were lovely, but the rump steak was so thin, it was only fit for a sandwich filling. Ended up buying a 30 day matured rump from Tesco at 1/3 of the price. Probably won't buy again. Felt ripped off.”

“After placing my very first order with MeatBox for an order of ::: 1 x T.Bone Steak 2 x Gammon Steaks Streaky Bacon x 6pks I received the T.Bone Steak and 2 Gammon Steaks but received Back Bacon instead, if I’d wanted Back bacon, I’d have ordered it but as they ran out of streaky bacon, they decided in their wisdom to send it to me without asking me first if that was OK before sending to me in my case WRONG thing to do as I do not eat back bacon but hubby does, all it would have taken was a quick phone call but I have to say, they have returned my payment for the bacon, so not all bad, just hope in future they will contact the customer before sending out the wrong order, it just doesn’t make me want to deal with them again just incase I get sent something again that I don’t really want, I’ve totally lost all trust in them, so I’ve ordered from a different company for my Streaky Bacon.”

“The bacon was good quality but the minced lamb was very disappointing. It was very fatty indeed and will not be good value as so much fat has to be skimmed off. It looked nothing like the pictures on the company’s website.”

“Was expecting to receive a nice ,meaty ,Guard of honour as shown in the picture. I what I did receive was nothing like the picture, I must have had the only starved lamb in the world, the world weight watchers champion of the animal kingdom !”

“Delivery on the product was very fast. I was disappointed once received, the fillet wasn’t suitable to make a beef Wellington with, the beef was very thin and long rather than round and plump like the photo advertised. Ended up going out to buy else where”
