“WOKE UP TO FIND MY PATIO FLOODED DRAIN BLOCKED PHONED ABSOLUTE SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 2 TO 4 HOURS THERE IN 3 AFTER CHECKING FOUND A COLLASPED DRAIN ARRIVED NEXT DAY WITH 2 MEN HO COMPLETELY REBUILT THE DRAIN UP TO A UNITED UTILITIES JUNCTION THEY CAME 2 DAYS LATER TO CHECK THE WORK AND SAID WHAT A FABULOUS JOB ABSOLUTE LADS HAD DONE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Absolute drainage, especially Chris, I had a major blockage on a Sunday Morning, it was a difficult blockage which the normal rods would not move, high pressure was used the following day and drain liner recommended, 1st class service from start to finish, if there were 6 stars I would give them 6, excellent.”

“We had a very tricky problem with the main outside drain being blocked on a Sunday morning, a lovely young man called Ste was sent out the same day, finding it was a difficult problem he arranged for a flail to be sent out, brought out by Nathan, who was also a very lovely polite young man. He sorted out the blockage but found that we had a problem with roots, he arranged for a camera to be put into the pipe to see where the problem was, it was located 15 mtrs from the drain by 2 excellent young men, Andrew and Cairn who had to dig down about 4 mtrs and found the broken pipe and the root problem, a very dirty job as it had been raining. Absolute Drainage employs staff who are, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and (for a change) work extremely hard. We appreciated them keeping us informed at all times and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Well done lads and thank you all.”

“Rang Absolute Drainage regarding a drainage problem at our Tennis Club. They immediately sent someone out to do a survey report. As we had a problem with tree roots in our drains, they provided a full report with recommended work to be carried out. On providing the go ahead, work began the following day and was completed on this day. The workforce provided were very courteous, well mannered and did a great job. We would highly recommend Absolute Drainage for anyone who wants quick / emergency service, excellent customer service with quality workmanship.”

“Couldn’t have been happier with the service we were provided by Absolute Drainage. We rang them late in the evening after noticing the outside drain was filled with water and wasn't draining. They were friendly and professional from the first interaction and had someone with us by 8:15 the next morning. That specialist quickly identified the problem, got us a quote and booked us in for the work that needed doing the next day. The two lads that came to do the work were prompt and professional, did exactly what was needed and left the outside of the house looking tidy and just as it was before. We were really impressed with everyone we dealt with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Absolute Drainage.”

“We had a problem with tree roots blocking the drains recently - water flooding everywhere! Once we called the team at Absolute Drainage they had a technician with us in less than an hour to clear the blockage, and another technician came back a few days later to repair the damage the roots had done to the pipe. Very friendly & helpful staff, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Awesome!”
