“They came out at short notice yesterday (10.12.19) and were extremely helpful and understanding. The guys went above and beyond despite appalling weather even cleaning the area before leaving. They even spoke to neighbours whose property was also affected. A big Thank You guys for not giving up when we thought the problem would not be solved! :-)”

“Called at 7am Monday was advised arrival before 11am. Called at 11:30am advised before 3pm. Called at 3pm advised too busy would be first thing next morning. Called at 10am Tuesday advised on way. Nothing by 11am. Don’t fall for the selectively good reviews. Had me sat at home waiting in for 2 days for nothing.”

“I was so impressed today with the service I received from absolute drainage, the engineer, arrived promptly at the time agreed, 9 am, inspected the blocked drain, then unblocked it. With a power hose, engineer was called Alan who was excellent, and did a marvellous job, not only did he examine the problem, with the drain, he also he drew a diagram of the pipes, showing exactly where the problem was, my drain had collapsed, he then cleared the drain, it may take a second visit to repair some of the collapsed pipes, which were put in wrongly, and I was so grateful that this company do pipe work as well as clearing drains, could not fault them, excellent service, very polite and considerate, also good job done and great value for money.”

“I called absolute drainage to come and fix a blocked drain. They got to mine on time and were straight to work. Some nice lads did the job and they were all done within the hour. This was about 6 weeks ago and I have had no problems since. I really appreciate you coming out and being cheerful even though the weather was awful for you. I would highly recommend”
