“Exceptional services, from the initial phone call. The team arrived at my property with 2 hours, resolved the blockage within an hour then carried out a further investigation into how the blockage occurred by using a CCTV drain camera. I was provide with a full report from the survey advising on what I can do to prevent the issue happening again. To be honest I was not expecting them to carry out the level of work which they did so thank you for such a brilliant service”

“This company provides an absolutely fantastic service! My foul drain has been backing up for a few months. I have called multiple other company who haven’t been much help at all. The whole team from the get go was professional, friendly, punctual, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure the job was completed to a very high standard. The customer service was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. The whole team are a credit to the company. Thank you all again.”

“I’ve tried other drainage companies in the past who employ people who can kind of do the job but don’t really know what there talking about in any great detail. Absolute Drainage are a well weathered, well established company who will resolve any complex issue to throw at them. Really engineers with compelling confidence in their ability.”

“Nathan from Absolute Drainage visited my property yesterday and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. He was extremely professional, arriving on time and taking the time to explain clearly what the issue was and how he planned to resolve it. His communication was excellent throughout, which immediately put me at ease. The service itself was exceptional. Nathan worked efficiently, with real attention to detail and made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency - no unnecessary upselling, no hidden costs, just straightforward, high‑quality workmanship. He also offered helpful advice on how to prevent future issues, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a respectful, customer‑focused approach. I would highly recommend Nathan and Absolute Drainage to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional drainage support. Outstanding service.”

“Sadly after 13 calls and 2 e-mails, (which remain unanswered) the job I paid £246 for is still not finished 3 weeks after initially calling this company. Vicky promises on each call to 'get it sorted out' and yet, literally nothing is done. I will say the lads, who eventually arrived 27 hours after my first call,(not 2-4 hours as promised) did do a good job of clearing the downpipe. However the simple job of bolting my soil pipe reattachment, which was agreed at the first call for service, has still not been reattached, despite repeated empty promises from vicky to 'book it in'. I am not sure why they think treating customers who are vulnerable this way is acceptable, especially as I paid up front, because if they'd arrived at tge quoted time I wouldn't have been home. Oh, and to cap it all off, the first chap who came couldn't do the job because 'I don't gave a ladder' Please think twice before you give your hard earned money to this company as I did. If anybody wants proof I have a chain of emails and photos that I shared with this company as evidence of an unfinished job. I will now have to employ another genuine person to attach the soil pipe, because as I advised them on each of the 13 (can prove) calls, I reminded them it was swinging dangerously n might fall n hit someone. They clearly didn't care.”
