“I can recommend this company for prompt, efficient service, came out same day, inspected & cleared my outside drain & confirmed I needed a liner where the drain was collapsing. All work was carried out that day - avoiding digging up of the driveway!!! Lovely team of lads, showed me the before and after pictures of all work carried out. Thanks.”

“Sadly after 13 calls and 2 e-mails, (which remain unanswered) the job I paid £246 for is still not finished 3 weeks after initially calling this company. Vicky promises on each call to 'get it sorted out' and yet, literally nothing is done. I will say the lads, who eventually arrived 27 hours after my first call,(not 2-4 hours as promised) did do a good job of clearing the downpipe. However the simple job of bolting my soil pipe reattachment, which was agreed at the first call for service, has still not been reattached, despite repeated empty promises from vicky to 'book it in'. I am not sure why they think treating customers who are vulnerable this way is acceptable, especially as I paid up front, because if they'd arrived at tge quoted time I wouldn't have been home. Oh, and to cap it all off, the first chap who came couldn't do the job because 'I don't gave a ladder' Please think twice before you give your hard earned money to this company as I did. If anybody wants proof I have a chain of emails and photos that I shared with this company as evidence of an unfinished job. I will now have to employ another genuine person to attach the soil pipe, because as I advised them on each of the 13 (can prove) calls, I reminded them it was swinging dangerously n might fall n hit someone. They clearly didn't care.”

“Contacted Absolute Drainage on the phone with my problem on the Friday morning as I could get no one local ( I live in Scarborough ) they attended Friday Saturday and Sunday to rectify my drainage till the problem was sorted ( finished at 21:30 hours ) they where traveling from Manchester, I cannot praise this company and the service I received highly enough and would recommend this Firm to everyone. I would also like to thank the boys who attended my property 1st class work and a big thank you.”

“Really impressed with Absolute Drainage. The service was fast, effcient and very fairly priced. The Engineers who visited were polite and introduced themselves straight away. They solved the intial problem quickly, were able to talk me through the issues and with a call to the office, quoted on addtional works. I also had a few follow up questions which I called through to the office and everyone I spoke to there I found friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.”
