“I rang up today 23/3/22 around noon to report my issue of the outside sewer that is blocked, the lady on the gave 2-4hours for the engineer to arrive and inform ed of the total cost. Sure enough around 3 o'clock the engineer arrived very polite ask what the problem was, I showed him outside to the blocked sewer and within 20 minutes he had resolved the issue, he also made sure all the taps etc flushed and caused no more blockages he then got the camera down the sewer and found the issue to why it blocked, he then told me how to fix the problem so it didn't happen again. I would recommend this company to anyone they are 100% worth it with how quick they come and and got my issue sorted, I didn't catch the engineers name but want to say a massive thankyou to him.”

“I was so impressed today with the service I received from absolute drainage, the engineer, arrived promptly at the time agreed, 9 am, inspected the blocked drain, then unblocked it. With a power hose, engineer was called Alan who was excellent, and did a marvellous job, not only did he examine the problem, with the drain, he also he drew a diagram of the pipes, showing exactly where the problem was, my drain had collapsed, he then cleared the drain, it may take a second visit to repair some of the collapsed pipes, which were put in wrongly, and I was so grateful that this company do pipe work as well as clearing drains, could not fault them, excellent service, very polite and considerate, also good job done and great value for money.”

They fitted us in last minute for a big job clearing two blocked manholes and gave us the advice we needed to speak to our waterboard as they suspected further issues along the line on our shared pipes with our neighbours. “My toilet got blocked so i called these. They were here quickly which was good as I need a working toilet. They were able to fix the toilet in a fast time and were friendly throughout. Hopefully I won't need to use them again but if I do I will defo be calling them if I need to”
