“Sadly after 13 calls and 2 e-mails, (which remain unanswered) the job I paid £246 for is still not finished 3 weeks after initially calling this company. Vicky promises on each call to 'get it sorted out' and yet, literally nothing is done. I will say the lads, who eventually arrived 27 hours after my first call,(not 2-4 hours as promised) did do a good job of clearing the downpipe. However the simple job of bolting my soil pipe reattachment, which was agreed at the first call for service, has still not been reattached, despite repeated empty promises from vicky to 'book it in'. I am not sure why they think treating customers who are vulnerable this way is acceptable, especially as I paid up front, because if they'd arrived at tge quoted time I wouldn't have been home. Oh, and to cap it all off, the first chap who came couldn't do the job because 'I don't gave a ladder' Please think twice before you give your hard earned money to this company as I did. If anybody wants proof I have a chain of emails and photos that I shared with this company as evidence of an unfinished job. I will now have to employ another genuine person to attach the soil pipe, because as I advised them on each of the 13 (can prove) calls, I reminded them it was swinging dangerously n might fall n hit someone. They clearly didn't care.”

“Rang up Sunday dinner time to report blocked drains outside , took my details said they would be with me in 2-4 hours. Rang again after 5 hours they said still on a job but still coming out . Another couple of hours later rang up 9pm still coming out but after midnight,or they will come out first thing in the morning. Anyway following day 940am jetting out drain mine and next doors couldn’t unblock it and said I would need to report to water company he couldn’t do anything else but still wanted money total bill for call out and use my hose to fill his tank I’m on a water meter plus left next driveway and garden full of poo and paper. Not happy.”
