“After researching and chatting online, together with recommendations from friends, we decided to visit Max Electricals in Lutterworth. Our friends told us they had not experienced any hard pressure selling which we had experienced at two other electrical suppliers and were so glad we made the choice to visit to choose a new dishwasher. What a pleasure to deal with courteous, knowledgeable staff. Shaun was very patient showing us exactly what the Blomberg dishwasher features were without any “ pushy sales talk “ which being elderly we really appreciated. After Shaun’s demonstration of the various features we didn’t hesitate, and decided it was the correct dishwasher to replace our very worn out 26 year old one.! We made the purchase and the new dishwasher was delivered 4 days later, installed, tested and old one removed seamlessly. A very good product and a very good experience with Max Electricals.”
