“I purchased a small chest freezer from Max Electrical last week and unfortunately it wasn't getting cold. I made a phone call to Max Electrical and there was absolutely no problem replacing the freezer. It arrived the following morning, as promised by Sam and is working perfectly. I am very impressed by customer service and would give it 5 stars for everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase electrical goods.”

“I needed a tv quickly and got amazing service from Sam. Within the day he delivered the TV, connected it and took the old one for recycling. He answered all my questions, and there were many as I'm not technical at all, and even sorted out an issue with our main TV in the living room. This is the 3rd occasion that I have used Max Electrical for large appliances and their service is second to none. I can highly recommend them.”
