“staff helpful. due to covid we had to wait 4 months for our fire. realise this was out of staff control but would have appreciated a call from them occasionally just to update us instead we were the ones contacting them”

“Originally wanted an assessment of the electrical system before ordering and fitting. Because of this the delay in fitting was caused because of plug changed so 3 days without cooker ??”

“Disapointed that the second hand adjustable swivel tv mount promised when puchasing the new TV from Simon, when he rang to arrange delivery it had been sold. so we had to pay full price for a new one, thought there might have been some help towards the full price.”
