“Information provided by Simon was excellent and helped us refine our purchasing decision. Installation was undertaken on the scheduled date and was good although I think a little more time spent on operating instructions would be helpful. Jack?? knows his way around TV's but shouldn't assume everyone else is as familiar.”

“I thought everyone was very helpful.I would not have known the electrical connection was not safe because of extension upon extension, until my daughter saw the plug in of the fire. Perhaps that point should be made clear to staff who did the job. Otherwise, all fine.”
