“we ordered a week before and paid in full, had to take a microwave that was on display in the window, no offer of reduction in price, when we arrived on the saturday as advised, none of the three items we had ordered the week before were packed up or ready for us to collect, we had to wait twenty minutes. hence the score Acceptable”
